The Third Generation (3G) means, a technology standard for mobile telephony. Accessible to the general public in some countries in Europe since 2002 (in Norway, Austria, Romania, France and other), It is based on the stndard Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS), Alllowing for speeds much faster (2M bps scheduled maturity of the network) than the previous generation the mobile phone.
